SWIMSUITS:
MI Sports in Loveland will be carrying our team swimsuits this year. Team swimsuits are optional but most kids have/use them.

SWIM CAPS:
Penguin swim caps are provided by the team and handed out on the first day of practice. If you need one or a replacement, please ask the parent volunteer.
Girls must wear a cap, unless their hair is short. It is too hard to swim even with a ponytail, as it gets in their face and affects their breathing. Boys are optional, unless long hair.
GOGGLES:
Goggles are also required. Please be sure to get your child some goggles that fit and do not leak. It would be helpful to try them out prior to practice. They get very frustrated if they have to fix their goggles during the whole practice.
OPTIONAL:
- It's highly recommended to bring a towel, warm clothes and a water bottle to practice.
- If you are looking for an SPF shirt, suggest: Black and White version of one of these: O'Neill Youth Basic Skins UPF 50+ Short Sleeve Rash Guard (Look on Amazon)
