First Swim Meet will be this Saturday June 12^th

This is an AWAY meet hosted by Nelson Farms

Address: 1771 Norwood Ln, Fort Collins CO(12 minutes away from us)

Relays are all female or mixed

There will be two sessions, older/younger, but I don’t know exact details of this yet.

Limited to a max of 3 events with possibility of 4 events with coaches permission

Nelson Farms will run an efficient 6 lane, combine as many events as possible, type meet.

Start Time: Unknown yet and will depend on sessions – standby for this info

They have a deadline to be done with the swim meet by 11:30am

There will be NO concession this year (at Nelson Farms)

We need to provide three timer volunteers. I don’t know how this is going to work with sessions, but the sign up for our three volunteers is here:

That is everything I know about the meet.

I need a response from anyone who is NOT going to be at the Nelson Farms Swim Meet this Saturday. Please reply directly to this email if your kid is NOT swimming. If you are going to be at the swim meet no response is necessary. Since this was a quick pivot to an AWAY meet we don’t have much time to get the kids events lined up and back to Nelson farms.
