Please bear with us as we figure out the best/easiest/most efficient way to organize. The first meet we went with an ‘op-out’ architecture. For the upcoming Westfield meet we are going to do an ‘op-in’ with event suggestion. Coaches always have final say, but lets see if we can improve our organization. This implies that I need anyone with kids swimming, you now have an action item.

Follow these instructions:

Go to our website (https://flr-penguins.swimtopia.com/) and log in.

Click on the ‘Calendar’ under Meets & Events

You will then see a calendar even for Westfield away meet. Select the Meet Entry:

Click the ‘Edit’ button

Then declare availability for this meet:

After you declare your availability then you can check events you want to enter your kid in

Then hit save

You can go back at anytime and edit this at any time if status changes or you can’t get your kid to swim a 400.
