Penguins,

We are about halfway through our season, can you believe it? Coach Mia, Ian, and I are enjoying working with the kids. If they have fun at practice and are sent home tired, we consider our job done well. Everyone is working hard and improving in the water!

Normal practice this week. We do not have a meet this coming Saturday. The kids can expect some fun activities on Friday.

No practice Monday July 5th. Coaches are away. Spend the weekend at the pool having fun and practicing the swim stoke you most enjoy. We will see everyone back at practice on Tuesday after July 4th.
