City Meet - Info - Shouldn't be anything new
City Meet Penguins,
Nothing below the line should be new information. In theory previous emails have covered everything. Just in case, below the line is information directly from the City Meet organizer.
I am still looking for a few more volunteers for City Meet. We can cover the positions with coaches, but would prefer not to. If you want to share a volunteer position let me know so we can break down the effort level and make it easier.

A few reminders before City Meet on Saturday:
1. Coaches meetings are at 7:40 and 1:15. Coaches pick up programs
for your team in the hospitality room. Your copies are there also.
2. Timers meetings are at 7:45 and 1:00 at the double doors on the south
side behind the starting blocks.
3. Volunteer slots must be filled by teams or no awards for your
swimmers.
4. Programs at the door for $6. CASH ONLY
5. Admissions is $5 per person. $2 for 12&under. CASH ONLY.
Wristband is good for both sessions. Admission is limited to 300
spectators.
6. NO TENTS. All swimmers will be seated in the stands.
7. Warm up times/lanes (Filtered to FLR only)
Session 1 (11 and older):
Warm Up (Toes in the water time): 6:15-6:40am {yikes that's early}
Lanes: 4, 5, and 6
Session 2 (10 and Under):
Warm Up (Toes in the water time): 12:00-12:20pm
Lanes: 3, 4, and 5

No kids in the diving area or on frog slide or in beach-entry
pool. Swimmers may warm up or cool down in the single lane between
pools.
9. NO WAIVER. NO SWIM.
10. Coaches may bring a chair for the deck area.
11. Concessions are CASH ONLY.
12. Results will be posted in the landing area of stairs.
The HSL Board and Loveland Swim Club have worked very hard to make sure that all of our swimmers, coaches, and families have a wonderful meet.
