Time Trials are this Friday June 3rd.  This is to get an initial time for all the kids.   Please send all kids to the early practice.  Implying everyone should arrive on or before 6:58:32AM.  Our goal is to be done before 9am.   Please RSVP here:

RSVP is not required, this is mostly parent training for future meets when you have to opt-in on the meets and events.

Volunteers:

Here is your first official volunteer opportunity.   I am looking for 5 primary timers, 2 back up timers, and a couple kid wranglers to help at the time trials.   I am assigning points to the volunteer opportunities to help track who and who has not volunteered as I think the website will track it all for us.   Signup is same location as RSVP:

Pictures:

Reminder please take lots of pictures.   We will probably submit pictures via google shared folder or something like that.  Then Coach Jake will put together a video montage.   We want pictures of all kids.

Merchandise:

We have received all the merchandise from Sport About.  Using some unqualified child slave labor we have them in bags and will be ready for pick up at the Time Trials.  Along with some ribbons from the Collendale meet last year.  Reminder there was child labor involved in the sorting, I suggest you check your order.  I have three special cases that I know about already.   There will be a second order placed probably on June 12th, if you are interested in more team gear let me know.
