Toes in the water for warmup 7:20am

Parents, please mark your kids before coming to the meet (it's difficult to write on kids with sharpie once they are wet after warm up)

How do I mark my kid... Search through the heat sheet and find what events your kid is swimming. Write on your kids arm: Event number, Heat number, Lane number, (and for relay events) Relay number position they are swimming. See attached photo for the example of how to do this.

Meet starts at 8:05am

We should be done with the meet before noon.

Bring lots of water and sun screen.
