Attached is the heat sheet for the Saturday meet.   Also attached is a list of swimmer events listed per swimmer.   Might be easier than digging through the heat sheet.

- All kids, please arrive at the FLR Pool by 6:45 am

- Our warm-up time is 7:00 - 7:15 am

- The meet will start just after 7:30 am and we hope to be done before 11:30 am

- Parents, help mark your kid's events on their arm on Friday night or Saturday morning before coming to the pool. It's difficult to write events on kids with sharpie once they are wet after warm-up. How do I mark my kid... Search through the heat sheet and find what events your kid is swimming in. Write on your kid's arm: Event number, Heat number, Lane number, (and for relay events) Relay number position they are swimming. See attached photo for an example of how to do this.

-Any kids that need to drop out of the meet please email Coach Jake ([email protected]) and we will get you removed from the heat sheets before Saturday morning
