Attached is the heatsheet for this evening's meet.   Please mark up arms prior to them getting wet.

FLR swimmers, please arrive to the pool by 4:45 pm. Toes are in the water at 5 pm for warm-ups. We will start the meet at 5:30 pm and plan to finish around 8 pm.
