Hope everyone had a blast on Wednesday's meet.   It's time to do a quick turn and prep for Saturday's meet with Collindale and Miramount.

Saturday July 9th Meet:

If you have not signed up already, please do so now.   Sign ups close at midnight tonight.

Please arrive at 6:55am.   Toes in the water at 6:59.59am

FLR Warm Up: 7-7:15

Collindale Warm Up: 7:15-7:30

Miramont Warm Up: 7:30-7:45

We will start the meet at 7:47am
