City Meet is July 22nd and 23rd.   However you MUST SIGN UP NOW.   Stupidly early in my opinion, but we have to play by the hosts rules.     Attached is the full information sheet for all the gory details.   Below I think I have distilled all the important details as it pertains to us, in hopes you don't have to dig into the the pdf.

City Format:

City is split across two days.   Friday 22nd (11 & over), Saturday 23rd (10 & under).   This age is your birthday as of May 15th.   Swimtopia is already set up, so you can't sign your kid up for the wrong day.    Reminder that if you swim for FAST and did not stop by May 15th you are not eligible to swim city.

Sign up:

Please go sign up right now.   We must have all entries into our system by midnight on Tuesday.  (Yes really, 10 days before city, stupid early).   There are hefty late fees if we try to add a swimmer later.  Not my rules, so get them signed up now.  You may sign up for 4 events (no coaches choice this time).

Cost:

There is a cost associated with city.   $4 + (# of events * $4).   If your swimmer wants to do three events it would be $4 + (3 * $4) = $16.   The swim team will cover all the costs for relays.   After everyone is signed up I will collect money, probably early next week.

Programs: 

If you want a $5 program, please email me directly before midnight on Tuesday.   There will be a limited number of them day of the event for $6.

Volunteers:

The volunteer job board is open.   These jobs really are easy because they quartered the meet, but we need 2 people each day.

1) Friday: Lane Timer (First Half): They have the Dolphin system, it's easy.

2) Friday: Kid Wrangler (Second Half)

3) Saturday: Kid Wrangler (Second Half)

4) Saturday: Lane Timer (Second Half)

Practice:

Even if you are not attending city.  You are welcome to continue to practice same as always.
