Sign up for the June 24th meet will close Wednesday at midnight.

Meet sign up is open for the rest of the meets through City Meet as well. We will send reminders as to when they are closing, but if you know your availability, please go ahead and mark your swimmers as attending or not attending the swim meets.

As a reminder, your swimmers may select 1 event they want to swim per meet. Additionally, the notes feature is helpful when I am writing the meet, feel free to add any relevant comments and thank you to those who already do! Coach Erin

June 10th Meet Results Update:

Results from the June 10th meet have been republished and attached. In the last week, we discovered that we had a firmware issue with our Dolphin timing system. Essentially, while they were both automatically started with the starter, the two timing devices in the same lane would end up being off by a significant amount, which only got worse the longer the race. Due to this error, I cross referenced the files from the Dolphin times, the entered time in Meet Maestro and the timer sheets from our meet, and removed the times from the Dolphins. If there was a case where we only had times from the Dolphin timers and not from a manual stopwatch, then we took the fastest time, as most of the watch times were the fastest of the three times. The good news is that thanks to Bryan, we have received the fix from Dolphin and have run tests to ensure this does not happen at our next meet. I appreciate all your patience while we sorted this out! Coach Erin
