Volunteer (for Concessions):

We need a concessions master to take over what Sarah has been doing in past years.   This will be easy since Sarah is willing to help, she just can't be there during the home meets.  The first home meet is June 21st.   However to in order have Sarah help organize we need to know who will help with this position in the next day or two.    If we don't have someone to drive this we will cancel concessions for the first home meet.   Please reach out if you are willing to help.   We will be adding the concessions helpers into the job signup once we have a person who can be the concessions master.  Some of the jobs could be a simple as picking up burritos and bring them to the meet.

Volunteers:

This is a reminder that this organization only works with volunteers.   All positions for volunteer jobs are part of the meet sign ups and are open now.   The cost to not volunteer is $150, but I would MUCH rather have your time than money.  Swimtopia makes it easy to know who has volunteered and who has not.   Don't make me track you down.

Time Trial Results:

Results should now be available in the app, and are attached as a PDF to this email. Thank you all for bearing with us during (hopefully) the only rainy meet of the season! Also, a big shout out to our volunteer timers for getting soaking wet but still ensuring that all our swimmers had times.

June 14th Swim Meet:

Our meet this Saturday will be an away meet at Village Green. I will send out more logistics as I get them from their coach, but please make sure to declare your swimmer as attending by Tuesday, June 10th. As this is an away meet, if you do not declare your swimmer, I may not be able to get them in.

Swim Suits:

MI Sport carries them.   However new information, apparently what I have below is going end of life.   There is a replacement swim suit that looks so similar that I can't tell a difference.   Once I have those exact numbers I will send them out.   But if you talk to them at MI Sports she know that they are interchangeable for our purposes.
